GACEE was founded in Singapore in 2025 as an international platform for cultural and educational exchange. Culture is our root, education our bridge, and young people our future.

Mission

To link global resources in education, culture, technology and public good; to bring the best of Chinese culture to the world; and to foster exchange and mutual learning between civilisations.
